2. Overview
This website is a static informational site. No tracking cookies are set, and no personal data is shared with third parties for advertising. Vercel Web Analytics is used for anonymized traffic measurement (see section 4).
3. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR); Vercel is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymized statistical analysis of visitor numbers. The service sets no cookies and no cross-device identifiers; IP addresses are not persistently stored and are not linked to an individual visitor (no fingerprinting). Aggregated metrics such as page visited, approximate region, device type, and referrer are collected. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analyzing and improving the website). Provider: Vercel Inc. (address in section 3); data transfer to the USA follows the same basis as hosting.
5. Local storage
Your display preference (light or dark color scheme) is stored in your browser's localStorage. This is technically required (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG), contains no personal data, and is never transmitted to a server.
6. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your details (email address, message content) are processed to handle your inquiry — legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your inquiry). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
